Brandon Chavez

Brandon, originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico, now resides in Phoenix, Arizona, where he is the proud Owner of 365 Spirit—a premier cheerleading and dance company offering world-class private clinics, commuter camps, retreat camps, and competitive choreography services. As the lead choreographer and head of stunt clinic curriculum development at 365 Spirit, Brandon brings over 20 years of industry expertise, making him a sought-after leader in cheer and dance.
Brandon’s experience spans coaching, choreography, and instruction at the highest levels. He has served as a speaker at major industry conferences across the U.S., including CSCA, GSSA, NSCA, AIA and more. His judging portfolio includes top-tier competitions like the United Spirit Association, New Mexico Activities Association, Dance Team Union College Classic National Invitational, and The Open Championships.
Throughout his career, Brandon has coached high-performing teams across Arizona, Texas, and New Mexico, from high school to collegiate levels, and has choreographed over 300 winning routines, including game day, all-girl, co-ed, and STUNT categories. In 2021, he broke a company record by choreographing 13 state championship titles in a single season. His award-winning choreography has been recognized at NCA, USA, and Jamfest, and he co-produced the halftime performance for the Nevada All-State Cheerleading Team at the University of Nevada.
Beyond the competitive arena, Brandon’s expertise extends to the film industry, where he served as a cheerleading consultant on Lifetime’s “Cheerleader Killer.” He also contributed to the discussion of cheerleading safety and concussion prevention on “New Mexico In Focus.”
Certified by both NFHS and USA Cheer as a Professional Choreographer, Level 3 Certified Interscholastic Coach, and rules interpreter, Brandon is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of cheer and dance performance while advocating for safety and technical excellence.
Outside of cheer, Brandon is passionate about animal rescue, serving as a fundraising committee member for the New Mexico Boston Terrier Rescue, where he and his husband rescued their beloved Boston Terrier, Misha.
Jomar Lean
Originally from Oceanside, California, Jomar now resides in Phoenix, Arizona. He is the co-owner of 365 Spirit where he spearheads curriculum development for summer camps and private clinics, game day and traditional choreography concepts and serves as the business operations manager. Jomar’s extensive experience started when he first encountered dance at the age of 8, which is when he enrolled in the Oceanside Dance Academy where he excelled in lyrical, ballet and contemporary.
At the age of 17 he was introduced to Competitive All-Star Cheerleading where he competed for 3 years on a level 5 team in events such as NCA-Dallas, American Grand Championships and The Cheerleading Worlds. It was this gym where he began his coaching career and was part of trailblazing the first Junior level 5 team in the state of New Mexico. His Allstar teams have placed top ten at The NCA Nationals in Dallas and won a National title from The UPA Nationals in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Jomar's attention to detail has won him multiple Tumbling and Choreography accolades including a Jamfest Choreography, and grand champion game day award. His coaching style is very detail oriented on technique focusing on the foundation, safety and progressions of cheerleading and dance.
In 2013 his talents led him to the New Mexico Ballet Company as a contract dancer. Many of the productions he’s danced include Don Quixote, Spartacus, The Nutcracker and Alice in Wonderland. He danced soloist roles such as the Rat King in The Nutcracker and the White Rabbit in Alice in Wonderland.
He has choreographed several pieces for various companies, including a ballet/contemporary piece called “Scarlet” in the New Mexico Ballet Company’s production of The Dancer’s Collaborative.
His choreography experience in cheer includes over 50 State, Regional, and National Championship game day and traditional cheer routines all over the country. His unique style and appreciation for musicality makes him one of the most sought-after competitive choreographers in the country.
In 2017 his expertise led him to be a consultant in the film industry for television and motion pictures which includes a Lifetime made for tv movie called Cheerleader Killer.
Jomar is a NFHS certified technical judge, certified USA Cheer Rules Interpreter, as well as certified nationwide by the National Federation of State High School Associations as an Accredited Interscholastic Coach. He has served at a technical judge and as a performance judge for the Arizona Interscholastic Association since 2020.
In his down time, Jomar enjoys cooking and experimenting with elaborate recipes. He volunteers as a fundraising committee member for the New Mexico Boston Terrier Rescue (where he and his husband rescued their fur baby, Misha)
Brooklyn Nolasco
Originally from Casa Grande, Arizona, Brooklyn resides in Phoenix, Arizona and serves as a key member of the 365 Spirit team, where she contributes across operations, choreography, and athlete development. As Executive Assistant Coordinator, she plays an integral role in both the day-to-day function and long-term growth of the company.
At 365 Spirit, Brooklyn wears many hats. She is the lead clinician for summer camps and has served as a camp manager since 2021, helping shape the experience for programs across the country. She has also contributed heavily to the development of the 365 Spirit stunt curriculum, with a particular strength in breaking down body mechanics and building creative, efficient progressions. Her work has helped produce an arsenal of innovative transitional stunts now used across the entire 365 Spirit staff.
Brooklyn has quickly emerged as one of the most impactful young choreographers in the industry. She has traveled nationwide delivering award-winning gameday choreography, including routines that have captured national titles such as the 2024 USA Spirit Nationals Crowdleader National Championship. She has also choreographed multiple state championship routines, further solidifying her reputation for building routines that are both strategic and unforgettable.
As an athlete, Brooklyn attended Casa Grande Union High School, where she helped lead the program to a 2019 State Championship title. She later returned to her alma mater as a coach, guiding the team to multiple top finishes at the Arizona State Championships as well as strong performances on the national stage at USA Spirit Nationals in Anaheim, California.
In addition to her work on the mat, Brooklyn is a member of the 365 Spirit marketing team, where she assists with business development and brand growth. Her energy, creativity, and commitment to excellence continue to elevate every program she works with.
Outside of cheer, Brooklyn loves attending concerts and dancing the night away.
Alyssa Vallez
Alyssa resides in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and serves as a member of the Master Clinician team at 365 Spirit, a premier cheerleading and dance company specializing in private home clinics, summer camps, and competitive choreography nationwide. During the summer, Alyssa leads master classes in advanced technical stunting, modern technique, and intelligent stunt transitions, bringing a confident and detail-driven approach to every session.
She brings nearly a decade of experience as both a competitive athlete and coach to the 365 Spirit family. Alyssa currently serves as the head coach at her alma mater, West Mesa High School in Albuquerque, where she helped lead the program to back-to-back state runner-up finishes in the 5A Coed division.
Alyssa recently earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from New Mexico State University, an accomplishment that continues to shape her unique and effective teaching style. Her ability to break down complex stunt progressions with clarity and intention has made her a standout clinician. Many of her drills and techniques have become foundational elements of 365 Spirit’s modernized approach to stunting.
When she isn’t coaching, Alyssa enjoys reading and spending time with her family. She is certified to coach by the New Mexico Activities Association.
