Brandon Chavez
Opprinnelig fra Albuquerque, New Mexico, er Brandon nå bosatt i Phoenix, Arizona, og er for tiden eieren av 365 Spirit, et cheerleading- og dansekompani som tilbyr private hjemmeklinikker, sommerpendlerleirer, sommerretreatleirer og konkurrerende koreografi over hele verden. På 365 fungerer Brandon som klinikkdirektør og leder utviklingen av stuntklinikkens pensum. Han har over to tiår med erfaring som cheerleader, coach, hovedleirinstruktør, musikktekniker og mesterkoreograf. Han har delt sin ekspertise som konferansetaler over hele USA, inkludert CSCA, GSSA, NSCA, ICCA, OCCA, TCCA, WACPC og AIA. Hans omfattende dommererfaring inkluderer United Spirit Association, New Mexico Activities Association, Arizona Interskolastisk Association, Golden State Spirit Association og Dance Team Union College Classic National Invitational.
Brandon har trent mange vellykkede co-ed, alle jenter, high school, all-star, STUNT og kollegiale lag i New Mexico, Arizona og Texas. Som mesterkoreograf har han koreografert over tre hundre vinnende regionale, statlige og nasjonale rutiner for alle jenter, co-ed og spilldager. I 2021 satte han ny bedriftsrekord gjennom tidene; 13 statlige mesterskapstitler koreografert i sesongen 2020-2021! Han har også produsert en rekke NCA, USA og Jamfest koreografiprisvinnende rutiner. Koreografierfaringen hans inkluderer også co-produsering av 2012 Nevada All State Cheerleading Team halvtidsforestillinger ved University of Nevada. Brandon har vært sertifisert NFHS teknisk dommer de siste 9 årene, i tillegg til å lede retningslinjen for endringer i NFHS-regler. Han fungerer for tiden som sjef for teknisk dommer/NFHS rules tolk for AIA.
I 2017 førte ekspertisen hans til at han ble konsulent i filmindustrien for TV og film. I 2018 bidro han som cheerleading- og dansekonsulent på en rundebordsdiskusjon om hjernerystelsesikkerhet og forebygging på «New Mexico In Focus».
I nedetiden melder Brandon seg frivillig som innsamlingskomitémedlem for New Mexico Boston Terrier Rescue (hvor han og mannen hans reddet pelsbabyen deres, Misha).
Brandon er sertifisert over hele landet av National Federation of State High School Associations som nivå 3 sertifisert interskolastisk trener samt USA Cheer som profesjonell koreograf. Han er også lisensiert og sertifisert gjennom New Mexico Public Education Department.
Jomar Lean
Opprinnelig fra Oceanside, California, bor Jomar nå i Phoenix, Arizona. Han er medeier i 365 Spirit hvor han leder pensumutvikling for sommerleirer og private klinikker, game day og tradisjonelle koreografikonsepter, og fungerer som forretningssjef. Jomars omfattende erfaring startet da han først møtte dans i en alder av 8 år, som er da han meldte seg inn på Oceanside Dance Academy hvor han utmerket seg innen lyrisk, ballett og samtidskunst.
I en alder av 17 ble han introdusert for Competitive All-Star Cheerleading hvor han konkurrerte i 3 år på et nivå 5-lag i arrangementer som NCA-Dallas, American Grand Championships og The Cheerleading Worlds. Det var dette treningsstudioet hvor han begynte sin trenerkarriere og var en del av banebrytingen for det første juniornivå 5-laget i delstaten New Mexico. Allstar-lagene hans har plassert topp ti på NCA Nationals i Dallas og vunnet en nasjonal tittel fra UPA Nationals i Minneapolis, Minnesota. Jomars oppmerksomhet på detaljer har gitt ham flere Tumbling- og Koreografi-utmerkelser, inkludert en Jamfest-koreografi og en stormester-spilldag-pris. Trenerstilen hans er veldig detaljorientert på teknikk med fokus på grunnlaget, sikkerheten og progresjonen til cheerleading og dans.
I 2013 førte talentene hans ham til New Mexico Ballet Company som kontraktdanser. Mange av produksjonene han har danset inkluderer Don Quijote, Spartacus, Nøtteknekkeren og Alice i Eventyrland. Han danset solistroller som Rottekongen i Nøtteknekkeren og Den hvite kaninen i Alice i Eventyrland.
Han har koreografert flere stykker for forskjellige kompanier, inkludert et ballett/samtidsstykke kalt "Scarlet" i New Mexico Ballet Companys produksjon av The Dancer's Collaborative.
Hans koreografierfaring innen cheer inkluderer over 50 statlige, regionale og nasjonale mesterskapsspilldager og tradisjonelle cheer-rutiner over hele landet. Hans unike stil og forståelse for musikalitet gjør ham til en av de mest ettertraktede konkurrerende koreografene i landet.
I 2017 førte ekspertisen hans til at han ble konsulent i filmindustrien for TV og film, som inkluderer en Lifetime laget for TV-film kalt Cheerleader Killer.
Jomar er en NFHS-sertifisert teknisk dommer, sertifisert USA Cheer Rules Interpreter, samt sertifisert landsdekkende av National Federation of State High School Associations som en akkreditert interskolastisk coach. Han har tjenestegjort ved en teknisk dommer og som prestasjonsdommer for Arizona Interscholastic Association siden 2020.
I nedetiden liker Jomar å lage mat og eksperimentere med forseggjorte oppskrifter. Han melder seg frivillig som medlem av innsamlingskomiteen for New Mexico Boston Terrier Rescue (hvor han og mannen hans reddet pelsbabyen deres, Misha)
Brooklyn Nolasco
Originally from Casa Grande, Arizona, Brooklyn resides in Phoenix, Arizona and serves as a key member of the 365 Spirit team, where she contributes across operations, choreography, and athlete development. As Executive Assistant Coordinator, she plays an integral role in both the day-to-day function and long-term growth of the company.
At 365 Spirit, Brooklyn wears many hats. She is the lead clinician for summer camps and has served as a camp manager since 2021, helping shape the experience for programs across the country. She has also contributed heavily to the development of the 365 Spirit stunt curriculum, with a particular strength in breaking down body mechanics and building creative, efficient progressions. Her work has helped produce an arsenal of innovative transitional stunts now used across the entire 365 Spirit staff.
Brooklyn has quickly emerged as one of the most impactful young choreographers in the industry. She has traveled nationwide delivering award-winning gameday choreography, including routines that have captured national titles such as the 2024 USA Spirit Nationals Crowdleader National Championship. She has also choreographed multiple state championship routines, further solidifying her reputation for building routines that are both strategic and unforgettable.
As an athlete, Brooklyn attended Casa Grande Union High School, where she helped lead the program to a 2019 State Championship title. She later returned to her alma mater as a coach, guiding the team to multiple top finishes at the Arizona State Championships as well as strong performances on the national stage at USA Spirit Nationals in Anaheim, California.
In addition to her work on the mat, Brooklyn is a member of the 365 Spirit marketing team, where she assists with business development and brand growth. Her energy, creativity, and commitment to excellence continue to elevate every program she works with.
Outside of cheer, Brooklyn loves attending concerts and dancing the night away.
Alyssa Vallez
Alyssa resides in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and serves as a member of the Master Clinician team at 365 Spirit, a premier cheerleading and dance company specializing in private home clinics, summer camps, and competitive choreography nationwide. During the summer, Alyssa leads master classes in advanced technical stunting, modern technique, and intelligent stunt transitions, bringing a confident and detail-driven approach to every session.
She brings nearly a decade of experience as both a competitive athlete and coach to the 365 Spirit family. Alyssa currently serves as the head coach at her alma mater, West Mesa High School in Albuquerque, where she helped lead the program to back-to-back state runner-up finishes in the 5A Coed division.
Alyssa recently earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from New Mexico State University, an accomplishment that continues to shape her unique and effective teaching style. Her ability to break down complex stunt progressions with clarity and intention has made her a standout clinician. Many of her drills and techniques have become foundational elements of 365 Spirit’s modernized approach to stunting.
When she isn’t coaching, Alyssa enjoys reading and spending time with her family. She is certified to coach by the New Mexico Activities Association.
